The young German Hannes Ackermann made his step into the German Freestyle Motocross 2001. He became the first German Freestyle MX Champion of the DMSB/IFMXF series and started doing backflips. 2008 he could defend his Germany Championship title and got several invitations to the IFMXF contests. 2009 he made it in the Top10 of the FIM Freestyle MX World Championships.
